Even without a network connection, the Blue-TH print server still supports printing via Blue-TH technology. You can share your USB printers with multiple users simultaneously over a LAN network using the USB Blue-TH Network Print Server.

The Network Blue-TH print server allows you to print files in various formats such as image, PDF, PPT, Excel, and Word from your Android smartphone and computer wirelessly.

With the 3 Ports Network Blue-TH USB Print Server, you no longer need a dedicated computer for each USB printer. Now, everyone can send print jobs to the USB printer connected to our USB print server in the same WLAN at any time. This eliminates the need to purchase individual printers for each workstation or area, saving you money. This solution is particularly suitable for homes and offices with several USB printers.

2. How to Make Your USB Printer Work with the USB Network Blue-TH Print Server Quickly?

1. For Printing via Blue TH on Windows Computers (No pin code required):

Step1: Connect the Blue TH print server to the USB Printer using a USB Cable.

Step2: Power on both the print server and USB Printer. (The Blue TH print server will be named after the connected USB Printer)

Step3: Obtain the Blue TH Networking COM Number of the Print Server.

Step4: In the Printer Properties of your computer, select the corresponding COM Number for the target USB Printer.

Step5: Enjoy seamless printing via Blue TH from your computer to the USB Printer.

2. Android Smartphone Printing via Blue TH:

Step1: Download and install the "PrinterShare" or "PrintHand" Pre-paid Third-Party APP on your Android Smartphone.

Step2: Establish a Blue TH connection and send print jobs from your Android smartphone to your USB printer.

Note: Please refer to our user manual for the configuration process.

The 3 USB Ports Network Blue TH Print Server only supports the USB01 port with Blue TH function, which means the USB printer connected to the USB01 port of the print server should have Blue TH function.

• Compatibility: Kindly Note That Printing via Blue TH is Not Supported on iOS Devices (iPhone, Tablet) and Mac OS Systems. Please consider this limitation when making your purchase decision.
• Configuration: Please note that our USB Print Server does not support configuration on Mac OS systems. However, once successfully configured from a Windows computer, it can be used for printing from Mac OS computers via LAN only.

• For Printing in LAN:
• · Step 1: Please download the "Print Server Config Tool" from our business site onto your Windows computer.
• · Step 2: Connect the Print Server to your Windows computer via a USB cable.
• · Step 3: First, assign a fixed IP address to the USB Print Server using the "Print Server Config Tool" on your Windows computer.
• · Step 4: Add the IP address and USB port information of the print server to your target USB printer on your computer. Then you can enjoy an excellent printing experience via the Print Server.
• · Step 5: Download and install the "PrinterShare" or "PrintHand" app onto your Android smartphone, and follow the manual instructions to set up.

Then you can wirelessly send print jobs to your USB printer in the LAN.

3. Important Note to Consider Before Placing Your Order

• · Please configure the USB print server with the "Print Server Config Tool" via a Windows Operating System computer only; MAC operating system computers do not support it!
• · Only Android smartphones support sending print jobs to your USB printer via the USB print server; iOS iPhones do not support it! Additionally, MAC operating system computers do not send print jobs to USB printers via the Blue TH function; they can only do so via the Network!
• · Please ensure that your USB printer supports the RAW protocol; the IMF protocol is not supported!
• · The 3 USB Ports Network Blue TH Print Server only supports the USB01 port with Blue TH function, meaning the USB printer connected to the USB01 port of the print server with Blue TH function.
• · Please kindly note that the apps "PrinterShare" or "PrintHand" are not free when you download them from the app store.

5. Quick Troubleshooting

1). Disable “Use Printer Offline” option.

• Right-click on the target printer
• choose "See what's printing"
• click on the "Printer" menu
• and check whether the "Use Printer Offline" option is disabled, as shown above.

2). Disable “Enable bidirectional support” option as shown above.
