    As an intermediate photographer, I was looking for a good flash to help lighten my scenes for nighttime especially since I am getting into doing weddings and there are many night photos. This flash was surprisingly amazing. The dome is magnetic and it synced perfectly with my Canon Rebel T8i. The dome has an effect that disperses the lighting across the entire room rather than it concentrating on one spot. This gives an overall feeling of it being light in the room as if it is daytime. Truly amazing, I can’t wait to use it for my sessions!

    I am just learning how to use Speedlight's and flash triggers. Based on my experience so far, this is a pretty advanced piece of equipment and it will take some time to become familiar with all of its features. I like the wireless feature and being able to adjust and control things from a distance... I am pretty happy with how well it works so far.

    - Solid build quality, feels great in hand
    - Very feature rich flash. Uses Lithium batteries. Has HSS. Has an LED modelling lamp. This has more features than a lot of more expensive powered flashes!
    - Very complete kit - comes with not only the flash itself but a magnetic dome diffuser and high quality carrying case
    - Super versatile given the size and power out put
    - Easy and intuitive to use, just put this on any compatible Canon camera and you're good to go

    Cons:
    - None really

    Overall:
    Top mounted flashes have come a long way over the year, and this is a great example of just how much progression we've seen. This round head flash from NEEWER is well made and feature packed. Not only does it offer a lot of power in a small portable package, it also offers much more convenient rechargeable lithium batteries for power in addition to HSS and even an LED modelling lamp. This is a lot cheaper than competing options on the market for similarly designed round head flashes. I think the big question is whether or not you want to invest in the NEEWER system of flashes. If you're already invested in NEEWER or are if you don't have any other flashes and are just getting started, this will be a great option for you! 100% would recommend
