I am an avid baby wearer. I give baby wraps as a gift to my mom friends and each of them love it as it encourages continued bonding and allows mom to have access to her hands which we love.I purchased this wrap solely because my usual and preferred Amazon baby wrap brand/s [Acrabros and Jeroray] did not deliver my package on time and I needed one as a gift and to teach my friend how to wrap and wear her baby.Out of the package, I can tell a major difference in what I am used to.Fabric Quality: poor in my opinion because it’s extremely sheer and will not last long. thicker fabric is naturally more durable and will stand strong as baby grows.*PICTURED: the difference in fabric quality of this brand and Jeroray.*Stretch: it’s doesn’t seem as stretchy as my other favorite brands which defeats the purpose of these wraps. it will not feel secure if it has minimal stretch.Price: while I did purchase the pink one and it was almost $30, it is not worth it at all. all other colors are closer to $20 and I’m sure the price point is because of popularity, it makes no sense for it to be $6 more.The only pro is the innovation of the elastic bands to tie excess fabric and shorten it.I gave it 2 stars because it came overnight which is more of an Amazon thing, than this brand. Either way, do not purchase. Go with something else.

Update: fabric has too much stretch. After having 9 pound 2 month old baby strapped to me while sitting on an airplane for 2 hours it began to droop. By the end of my 4 hour flight I had to completely re-tie as I feared she would fall out.
As a new mom I was terrified about using a baby wrap and securing it well enough that I didnt drop my baby. I figured I needed a bachelor's in origami to be a pro.
So with my fear I purchased the Baby Ktan that comes pre wrapped and you just slide your arms through. However, it was so super thick, took up my whole diaper bag when not wearing, and did not breathe at all. Baby and I were drenched within minutes.
After accepting the waste of $50 and a few glasses of mom juice, I made the awesome decision of drinking and shopping. For that moment I believed I could ... and I did!
I watched a video about 10 times and BAM! I am baby wearing like a pro.
It is buttery soft, like your favorite 20 year old tshirt without the holes. And you wont feel like you are going through menopause while keeping your baby close.
Take a leap of faith. You too can figure this out.
