Was looking for a mini PC form factor and found this on sale during Amazon Prime Deals. One of the fastest mini PCs I've used, the GMKtec M4 can play games, surf the web, and handle most workloads pretty well.
Solid metal build, not too heavy, but weighty enough not to bump into it and worry it will fall or break.
Have not tested out the claimed three 4k displays setup, but can confirm that it does have 2.5 gigabit Ethernet, and Bluetooth and Wifi works as claimed.
One small issue is the fan is audible, but far from being the loudest I've heard. That being said, it does seem to keep the M4 NUCBox cool, as my temperatures did not exceed 70 C, and the fan only spins up when needed (can be adjusted in BIOS). Would suggest upgrading the fan if there is an option or alternative.
As for BIOS, it looks like a modern UEFI, and has lots of options to play with. TPM seems to be built into the PC.
From what I can tell, the Windows 11 Pro is basically stock, with no vender/company bloatware besides the new Windows experience.
Overall, the GMKtec M4 is a pricey but powerful mini PC that is great for daily workloads and moderate gaming.
