I bought this for my brother's baby shower and I wish someone had gotten me one for my baby shower! This little kit comes with all the little things you might need for basic medical intervention in the first several months with your baby. The Tylenol and nasal aspirator are a necessity for all parents. The gripe water and simethicone are not necessarily needed, I never went out of my way to buy it for my baby, but I probably would have tried it at some point if someone had given it to me in a kit. Definitely a smart buy for a baby shower since it's one those things that can get missed/forgotten. Would recommend.

We have used so much of this already, an affordable option to have things on hand when your overwhelmed with a newborn and unsure of what health/medicines you may need in the first month when your adjusting. I love the syringe's with dosing for the specific medicine, I do wish they were all labeled like the Tylenol one was. But it helps prevent error when I’m overwhelmed with the gas cries.
