The pans are very stick, used it to cook pancakes with oil covered the pan and it started to stick on the second one, didn’t use the pot much but probably gonna be the same thing. The kettle is nice but that’s about it very disappointed

Just used these while camping over the weekend, very nice lightweight option for packing light on a trip. The plates/bowls/cups are small (almost child sized), but they worked fine for what we needed. The handles folding is a fantastic space saving feature! Everything nestles together nicely and can be put into a carrying bag. We used the kettle and larger pot three times each, no issues at all and they heated up quickly. We used the pan twice for eggs and they did not stick. The silverware included would work well, we have a “spork”/knife that we used just as a personal preference. Also comes with a couple little towels that we used to dry after washing the dishes, they dried quickly themselves. I’d recommend this set!

This set is pretty cool. We're a family of 3, and this has mostly all we need to cook up some great camp meals. What I like best about this set is that everything fits together and packs in small as not to take up too much room. We car camp, so not sure I would backpack with a set for 4. It is light and doesn't take up a lot of room, but I guess I just don't see someone backpacking with a set.

Note: We have a little camp stove, so not sure how this would go over a campfire.

I picked this up to use in our camper, though it would also serve as a larger kit for a backpacker or tent camper. The cookware is well made and comes in a very handy carrying pouch. My only criticism (and that's really on me, not the kit) is that it can be tricky figuring out how to get it all to fit nearly back into the bag again!

On the go family that are extremely budget conscious. This is a really nice set for our car camping and long weekend trips. Enjoying the non-stick coating so far and hoping that it will last-although I did add soft pot pads between to reduce friction while moving. The fold dawn handles are nice.

Nice set that is made for grabbing and going. Plates cups and utensils are small but works of us and decrease landfill waste.

Would make a nice gift too

This camp mess kit is ideal for quick Pack and go trips. You have everything you would need for simple meals, all in one compact bag. The pots and pans work decently well for cooking and food does not stick too much. Their handles also hold up fine with weight, but the pan handle at times feels like it could unlatch.
Most of the parts are easy to clean, though if you get something very oily onto the plastic parts it will take some serious elbow grease to get them sorted.
I would have preferred for the utensils to be all metal for durability and ease of cleaning, but they get the job done, not to mention having them come in individual pouches is much appreciated!
Overall this has been a great mess kit thanks to how compact and light it is!

I really needed a camping set of dishes, as traditionally I would just get some disposable plastic utensils and some paper plates for easy cleanup. This camp set comes with it all and can be condensed into a super small form factor! I like that the pots and pans that it come with are thin, making heat up times nice a quick, especially convenient when you're low on propane/gas. The utensils are a little funky with their design, but I can easily get use to them.

Pretty decent cookware and mess kit.
The kettle, fry pan and pot seem well made, and durable. I made a hamburger in the fry pan and there was some particles sticking to it even though there was plenty of grease so took some effort to clean, still left some stains behind but it is a camp cook kit so not as big a deal.
The pot is surprisingly large, I wasn't expecting that so bonus. The product page lists it at 4L and that seems accurate. The handle of the pot did flex a bit when faced with the full weight of the pot with water but it held.
The folding handles on the pot and pan do lock into place very nicely, there was no risk of them folding inadvertently while cooking or holding hot liquids.
The kettle seems nice and you would pay about half the price of the entire kit just for the kettle.
The mess kits are just OK, plastic as stated and everything is on the small side, plates, bowls and cups seem small.
Everything is designed to stack together and inside one another and fit into a nice drawstring bag.
The cutlery worked OK, once unfolded there is a slide lock that keeps them from folding back so good thought put into that; however, the forks are kind of no better than the cheap plastic disposable forks you can buy. The one I used held up and did not break but I'm not sure how long it will last.

Some things I'd like to see improved:
The little tabs on top of the pot and kettle lids that you can use to lift the lids, does not stay upright and always fall flat against the lid so when the lid is hot and you are trying to lift up the tab you risk burning your finger, and good luck trying to lift it while wearing heat resistant gloves! If the tabs were stiff and would stay upright it would be a big plus.
The lid of the kettle sits loosely on it and when pouring, you risk the lid falling off, if it could hold itself onto the kettle it would be much better.

Overall, if you are looking to go camping and need to stock up on supplies, this is a very good and affordable (approx $70) kit to get you started, lots of included things saves you from buying everything individually and possibly forgetting something. And, again, the pot, pan and kettle would set you back far more than this kit by itself and you would still need to purchase the mess kits.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality - don’t waste your money

The protective plastic on the kettle handle seems to be tearing/wearing away after just a few uses. Pan and pot are flimsy. Not worth the money what so ever.

This set crams a fair bit of function into a pretty small space. It does so in a slightly less than elegant way though. When reassembling the parts for storage or transport, it gives the feel that it is lacking a little in interconnection for travel. But that said, it does all fit together in a compact form after a few minutes of careful packing.
The sizing of the cookware is appropriate for portable single burner camp stoves (the type you would carry in a backpack). You can cook an actual meal with this, albeit not in huge portions but for a small party on a backpacking excursion it is great. You wouldn't want to use the cutlery on a steak dinner, but you probably won't be cooking steak when out backpacking. For meals like soup, pasta, cooked vegetables, pancakes etc. it should suffice.
Value for money could be a little better - some of the components have a bit of a cheap feel and there is the lack of engineering in assembling it as a kit. However, it does work and for those who don't spend a lot of time doing backpacking and don't want to invest in a really expensive set from a camping specialty store, this should work well enough.
