This product is easy to assemble and install if you have ever mounted a TV or monitor before. You need a good stud finder.
I did not like that the top screws are offset, so you need to be careful to make sure you get both screws into the stud but it's a minor annoyance.
This mount was used for my 34" LG ultra wide monitor which is within the weight requirement of the mount. Adjusting the monitor left and right or tilting it can be pretty stiff and takes two hands, you may be able to loosen it up but I like the security of knowing it will stay where I put it.
For the height adjustment, the arm is easy to tune to the weight of your monitor with an Allen wrench which slots conveniently into the mount head at the back of the monitor and the height can be adjusted with one hand.
Lastly, the vesa plate has minimal thickness beyond the outmost holes and had no problem fitting into the back of my monitor. I noticed that a similar product had a thicker plate and warned about potential compatibility issues with monitors having inset vesa mounts.
Overall very satisfied with this product.
