I have the newest MacBook Air 2020 the M1 and Ive been reading a lot of reviews and ton of ppl saying it doesn't fit their new 2020 laptops. Well first of all, I like the case. I wish the bottom was maybe solid but maybe its better with the lines for some airflow.

I think the directions they give is crap. hands down crap. It was super easy to install the bottom part but the top.. man I felt like I was gonna break my screen, im worried that I damaged my screen for trying to put the damn case on for pressing so hard.

********Correct way to install the top part of the case. The top case has certain grooves at the corners. that part goes on the bottom of the back side of the screen and you should be able to just slide that up in there and it should all go in then you kind of press the top part of the case and it should click in. So the top corners of the laptop should be flush with the case.. the top part has two one inch little groove clips NEAR the corner of the laptop (maybe an inch away) I was doing it wrong and kinda scratched a little part of my laptop which makes me really pissed off.. id give this a 5 star review but gave it 4 when I feel like I should give it 3 because I kind of scratched my laptop trying to install the damn thing and worried I might have damaged the internal part of my screen for pressing hard.. but the case is actually pretty nice, feels good and smooth and it comes with 2 keyboard protectors. which is thin and not so thick so the typing doesn't bother me as of now.

(my directions of explaining sucks, I do apologies, im not taking enough time and thought into explaining all of this. explaining it on my lunch break at work and just wanna do a quickie..

For this company- Please please fix your directions and make it clearer on how to instal the top part of the case. I almost returned it and wanted to say forget it, I dont want a damn case.. but im glad I was able to take the time and figure this one out.

After a couple months the corners of the case might break off. I had a small piece break off and land in the hinge part of my laptop without noticing before I cracked my screen.
