It is a simple case for your macbook. It is doing its job. I personally like the rubberized feel of the case. I do not mind that it leaves finger prints. I am used to it since I have had plenty of laptop cases for years. Do not expect this to be like a phone case where it does not have much wear and tear. laptop cases if you travel alot with ur laptop break faster. That is expected tho, that is why they arent so expensive. I have the black marble i love that its matte and a muted marble design.
