This is a great smoking-cessation product. It has allowed me to cut back on my smoking quite a bit. I have not been able to quit completely, but I don't fault the product for that. I blame peer-pressure (my gf smokes around me all the time, so the temptation is always there).

The gum itself is a little hard -- it's not like your typical soft stick of chewing gum, if you've never chewed nicotine gum before. The initial flavor of the gum is quite delicious, in my opinion. I got a cinnamon flavor and it's quite nice. The only problem is that the flavor wears off in about 30 seconds and then you're down into the actual nicotine itself. And I guess there's no way to mask that harsh flavor of nicotine if you're ingesting it like this. It has a very strong, almost peppermint flavor, but it's also so strong that it almost tastes like electricity -- if that makes any sense (and not that I've ever tasted electricity). But, I've tried other brands and they are no different. There's just no way to mask that nicotine flavor.

Overall, this is probably my favorite nicotine gum to chew. I've tried other brands, and while they may be cheaper, this one is worth the extra cost because of the nice flavor and the success I have had in tamping down on my cravings.

Definitely helps kick the habit. The gym is a nice cinnamon flavor, no odd taste I was worried about. And the Advil helps greatly with headaches and any soreness. No complaints here.

This product helps to curb the crave to smoke or vape. Chewing gum always helps and this has nicotine, so it's double the help. Pretty good cinnamon flavor. Must remember to chew, and then 'park' the gum some, as directed.

I get the 2mg to taper down. The 4mg satisfies cravings, but as you move closer to non-smoking-ville, sometimes you just don't always need the full 4mg.

2mg is perfect in that situation and this fits the bill.

Nicorette brand has historically been very solid for me.

Finding just the right smoking cessation aid has been a challenging journey for me. These cinnamon flavored Nicorette gum pieces are so convenient and really do a great job of curbing my nicotine cravings. I have tried gum before, but never this nice Cinnamon Surge flavor. The flavor lasts a relatively long time, and the small individually wrapped gum pieces are super convenient for travel. I can easily put them in my pocket or in a small pill case, bag, backpack, etc. for easy portability. This value pack of 160 pieces is a reasonable value. As a nice bonus, this order also included a trial packet of Advil Dual Action caplets. So far, I’m really pleased with this product. It has been so helpful and convenient for me. These definitely come in very handy when traveling, especially dealing with long flights.

I've tried many times to quit smoking. I'm having another go at it. I've tried Nicorette in the past and found the original flavor to be not so good. This cinnamon flavor is much more palatable. I find when you "park" the gum as you're supposed to do, the cinnamon gives a bit more of a tingle that serves as a placebo effect; at least for me. It makes me think it's working harder on my cravings.
This large pack of 160 seems to be a good bargain. It came with a sample of ibuprofen/acetaminophen pain reliever as well.
