It fits great, the sleeves are almost elbow length, and the fabric is a bit thicker than most of my WW shirts and has a nice smooth finish. I like it!

The sizing on this shirt is WAAAAAY OFF! I read comments and sized up like it was suggested by both Amazon and customers. I received a tent! I returned it and ordered another in my size. That too came in way to big! Measuring it up against other Women Within shirts of the same style and size, this blue paisley was 4 inches wider across the chest and about 3 inches longer. The neck was 2 inches wider. I drowned in it. I returned it again and I am still waiting for my refund. It's been a couple of months. I tried to reorder a size smaller, but my order didn't go through. I gave up and chalked it up as it wasn't meant to be. It's too bad because I loved the color and paisley pattern. It was my favorite one out of the 6 shirts I had ordered.
