Risking their hearts and their lives while protecting the innocent…

Will they find the kidnapped boy in time?

Sign language teacher Aubrey Clark feels responsible when ten-year-old Lucas goes missing. She’s determined to find her deaf student and knows more than she should from reading the lips of the man involved in the boy’s disappearance. Now she’s in the killer’s crosshairs too. Aubrey has little choice but to accept Navy SEAL Mason Gray’s protection, grateful for his help in searching for Lucas.

Mason’s last op as a Navy SEAL had gone sideways, leaving him deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other. But he’s not going to let his handicap prevent him and his K9 scent tracker, Bravo, from rescuing a deaf child. Mason has never balked at putting his life on the line for his country or to ensure the safety of women and children. But risking his heart? That wasn’t supposed to be part of the plan . . .

I really enjoy Ex military K9 stories and this one not disappoint. I couldn’t help but think Aubrey was totally out of her league and was clueless to that fact. Enjoyed the story.

I enjoyed reading this San Diego suspense. The book kept my interest all the way through. I liked seeing God in this Christian fiction novel. Although I don't think Mason should have continued to live with Aubrey and Lucas at the end. He should have gone over to his own house. I think that was going too much over the line for a Christian novel. I will continue to get her other books on this series. I like the way she writes.

This series is about former Navy Seals transitioning and acclimating to civilian life along with their K-9 partners. Sealed with Courage has an interesting plot line involving the deaf community. Audrey, a sign language teacher for both kids and adults, and retired Navy Seal Mason, who is deaf in one ear, work together to track down one of Audrey's students who has gone missing.
This had plenty of suspense, action, romance, and several close calls.

I could not put it down!

It has been awhile since I have read a book so fast!

The action began within the first few pages. The plot was consuming and pulls you in.

The main characters both steal your heart.

Aubrey is a sweet broken character. Who needs a prince charming she just doesn't know it yet. But her drive, determination and loyalty causes her to let her guard down and Mason 'in'

Mason is strong protective and in hismind not open to love or romance but ...

I enjoyed the introduction to Mason's co workers and look forward to the chance read more books in the series.

I loved the play on words in the title.

I purchased a free copy on Amazon.

I would recommend this book / author to family, friends, and anyone reading reviews looking for a good series of books to read. You will like the characters introduced in this book and will want to continue reading to find out what happens next.

This was a well-written story. But I have problems with Christian fiction using heartless platitudes as scriptures, misquoting scripture, or falsifying scripture.
God’s Will does not cause a woman to miscarry.
God’s Will does not cause cancer.
God’s Will does not include a child being kidnapped nor force a woman into prostitution.
God does not harm!!!!
God has taken a massive amount of credit for Satan’s deeds and the evil that people do to others.
THIS is God’s Will:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 25:11

Sign language teacher Aubrey Clark feels responsible for her ten old student that came up missing. She is determined to find Lucas because of him being able to talk or hear. Mason is taking the night class with her doing sign language. He rescues her when she looks at a window and reads a man lips. Then he is determined to keep her safe. It is so many things going on for him to protect her and investigate it

I really enjoyed this book. There was a lot of action. The ex Navy SEAL was a hero as expected and his dog was important in the story.
The softhearted teacher got a bit tedious insisting she went everywhere with him despite lacking his skills. The ending was satisfying but wrapped up too quick.the final decision needed a lot more exploration.
A good read.

This is honestly my first Christian Romance and I must say it added action, drama and mystery into the mix, the only other book I’ve read which was a Colleen Hoover romance Novel involving a deaf character “Ridge & Maggie in Colleen Hoover’s Maybe Someday Series”.

I loved the fact that a teacher inserted herself into a students life, and when her student goes awol she works tirelessly to find him.

Meeting another student of whom had hoped to remain in the shadows

She finds love after her heartache..

You'll know the answer once you have read the book. This was the first book I have read from the author, having found it as a recommendation on Kindle. I love the handwriting of the author. The complexity and yet simplicity of her characters is heartwarming. Mason has to adjust to civilian life and Aubrey is a sweet and devoted character. The form a good team to solve a problem; yet their assignment is only the beginning of God's great plan for their life. This book taught me not to be afraid of letting go so God can take charge. He is the master and a very good one.

What a great read. The whole story is like riding a roller coaster, never stops until the end. You would definitely want these guys on your team when you are in trouble. They are unstoppable. Good start for a series. Can't wait to check the next one out. Love that no "soppy" romance stuff in it, and how depend on God for help.
