Solved My Problem!
I read several reviews before landing on this NetGear range extender. I have had issues with my VPN dropping connection to my home WIFI for months and this little tool has completely solved the problem. I have it continuously plugged in halfway between my router and front bedroom office. LED lights are not super bright or problematic and I found it pretty easy to install. I plugged this extender into an outlet next to my router and used the home laptop computer to set it up. That consisted of pairing with the router and connecting to WIFI. For reference, my router is an Arris BGW210-700. After following the directions and prompts, I unplugged and moved it to the permanent location I had in mind within the house. I then connected all devices in my front bedroom office to my same WIFI name with EXT in the title. So far, so good. No issued at all and I can say 100% my VPN connectivity issues have completely gone away. Knowing what I know now, I would have paid double for this little guy!
