I’ve never done a project like this- unless you count puzzles- so I’m a beginner. This is rated 3/5 for difficulty. It took about 5 hours for me to complete. The pieces that make up this book nook are good quality and they give you extras of some of the little bits that may be prone to breaking- although none of mine did. The electrical part (which I was most apprehensive about) was really easy. The instruction book is easy to follow but there were a few errors in it, which I’ll list below for anyone who needs. The only negative thing I can say is that they give you a ruler in inches but tell you measurements in millimeters- so you need to do some conversions.
Everything is included in the kit except for a pair of scissors. And once I started it was impossible to stop- it was so much fun and I was so proud to complete it. I’m 100% buying another one!
Instruction book errors:
Page 22 lays out where the piping with the electrical wires go, but the instructions never tell you where they end. When you add J6 on page 26, the piping will attach into the gap using I4. There’s a small hole in the corner of C1 where the wires go. Page 26 shows the wire placement.
Page 24 instructs n1-5 for rolls in the basket: these should be E19–23.
