I was not expecting a miracle for my 4 year old gaming laptop that I put through the wringer daily, but I was pleasantly surprised by this cooler…My once super hot laptop is now cool as ice! As such, It was quite a noticeable temperature drop. This cooler is essential if you’re trying to keep an old gaming laptop alive!

Edit: I’m changing this review to 5 stars, it seems that I originally received a faulty unit. But the manufacturer reached out to me after I posted this review and offered a free replacement. It’s a rarity to receive such excellent customer service.

This is overall a sturdy laptop pad that dropped my core temps about 10-20C depending on fan speed. But it has serious issues. The device will randomly power itself off, very often. This seems to happen when moving it (gently). Might be best used on a desk rather than in your lap.

This is a extremely good cooling mat for your laptop and the best part is that you don't have to have it at a ridiculous angle because the fans don't suck from underneath they suck from the rear (that's what she said) the only issue that I have with this is I wish the lights were a little bit brighter or had brightness settings I do like how they're not as distracting as some of the other ones definitely keeps the laptop cooler the foam helps the laptop stay in place really well and honestly it's not as loud as some people are complaining like it honestly just sounds like a laptop under a load or if you have a PlayStation 4 boot up call of duty it's quieter than that

That said, it does seem fairly well made and does provide ample airflow to cool down my laptop fairly significantly for the few days I was able to experiment with it. At the moment, all I can say is to read other reviews before buying it, and hopefully, I'll have the opportunity to better review it shortly.

I saw a review of this on YouTube when I was looking for cooling pads for my gaming laptop. So, I took a chance and bought it. I was very impressed with the quality of it right out of the box. Magnets hold the foam pad in place, rather than sticky tape. It’s soft to the touch and feels well built. Light enough to have on your lap and not feel burdened by it at all. It has several different fan speeds and lighting options. Using it kept my laptop 15-20°C cooler during high output gaming. Even moreso when just doing mundane tasks. The fans run at a whisper, even when on the highest setting. Definitey worth the money to get this if you want to keep your laptop running cool. 5 stars!!

So I never really write reviews but this cooling pad works so well to solve my problems. Hopefully it can help someone else.

Just keep it short and sweet. I have an omen 17 gaming laptop which vents outward at the bottom. A clearly terrific design considering a gaming laptop puts out a tremendous amount of heat and that goes right either into your legs or into your desk.

I was concerned that the vents would blow air directly back into my computer preventing it from cooling, but somehow that doesn't happen and it quickly (less than a minute) cooled my PC from 67 to 58° c. (While not gaming)

I can play all my games at max frame rate with no stuttering and it's actually decently quiet. I don't even have to use the highest setting

So far it's an awesome product and does exactly what it's supposed to, even if your computer vents out at the bottom.

It's only been a few days. I don't know how the dust filters work but I would assume they'll work decently well better than not having any.

First complaint: the magnets that are supposed to be glued to the foam are not, in fact, glued to the foam. Well, 2 out of 4 are actually stuck in place. Remaining 2 are not. The result is that the foam flops all over the place.

That wasn't enough of an issue to warrant a return (annoying, but whatever) -- however, two weeks after purchasing it, it has stopped working.

Returning for a refund.

When the unit worked, the noise level wasn't bad at all and it kept my laptop sufficiently cool for gaming.
