Worth it
I was a little skeptical getting a gaming keyboard for $45. I’m an emergency services dispatcher and type all day long, so finding a comfortable keyboard is an important part of my job function. I’ve yet to find a mid priced keyboard that felt sturdy enough and had the feel of solid construction. This one though I’m really happy with. Quiet, good key travel with a satisfying tactile feel. I love that smooth, but grippy matte finish on it. All in all I’m very satisfied and would for sure buy this again.

Great product; looks great and is much quieter than I'd anticipated for having such large keys. It reminds me of the old keyboards I used in typing class from the early 90s. Make no mistake, the keys are nowhere near low profile and they DO make more sound than my low profile keyboard did. So if sound is going to be an issue, maybe look elsewhere. Also, the changing of the colored lights requires a software upload. I use this keyboard for work and cannot upload software; I had to upload the software to my personal laptop, pick a color and hope it stayed. Good news: color stayed once connected to my work computer. The only caveat is that I'll have to disconnect from my work pc and connect to my personal pc again if I want to change colors. Regardless of my personal dislike, it's a good keyboard and I enjoy the backlight.

Great keyboard for the price. I bought it with a small discount which makes it even better. Quite sturdy keyboard with sort of rubber coated keys (don't know how to describe them other way). Pretty quiet. The illumination, on closer inspection, is above average as the symbols are dimmed a bit. I believe it's because of the membrane. On the whole, a decent piece.
