The price was good for a simple toy. They were smaller than previous laser pointers, but that was okay. When I received them, 11 out of the 12 did not function. I checked and they had batteries. They were a cheap product and didn't work.

When I went to return them to Amazon, I couldn't just state the reason and get a return label. I had to "Chat" with 2 levels of customer service. The first level wanted to fix the 11 laser pointers (?). I declined. The second level re-read the whole thread, asked some questions, and eventually processed a refund. Told me I didn't have to return them. So, they're in the trash. A waste of time and money.

They don't provide any instructions, but if you don't open the battery compartment and remove the sequin (yes there's a cheap plastic sequin in there) it won't work. I understand it's there to ensure the battery doesn't wear down, but a sequin? Really? Whatever, remove it and it'll work as intended. They're certainly worth the price!
