Easy to put on, stays in place well enough, does a great job blocking light to view the EVF and is comfy around the eye.
BUT seems to be unexpectedly fragile. On only the 2nd or 3rd time out in the field, I put the camera (with this attached) in the bag, and when I took it out again, the flexible plastic/silicone cup had ripped and was dangling from the plastic piece that connects to the camera. Does not seem like it would be really repairable . A little superglue might help but it'd be even more fragile.
As far as I can tell, however the flexible outer cup is attached to the plastic connector is very weak and could be prone to tearing.
