This is a general review for the Samsung A50 phone. I dropped mine after 4 years and the screen cracked. This is going to be its replacement. An exact duplicate. My A50 was originally introduced in December of 2019, and I've enjoyed it all along. This replacement was $100 bucks.
The reason I stayed with the A50 was... 1st: I enjoy the look and feel of the phone. I don't use a case. 2nd: Even though Samsung has stopped giving software updates to this phone, as of 2022, Samsung will continue to provide Security updates for this phone at least until 2026.
I'll get a new phone then.

I wouldn’t recommend for anyone.
Been using this phone since November 2023. Haven’t really touched it as I only use it for a certain app. I only get on the android for 5-10 minutes and then leave it. One day the back of the phone just started popping out (back of the phone is coming off by itself) when I’ve barely touched this thing. It’s still working though. The charge on this thing is really bad. It needs to be charged constantly just for it to work. I would probably invest into a better phone. Also has been turning on and off on its own without me touching it. Will probably throw this out soon
