It's really almost quirky of me to be excited it using this multipurpose press! True, its main design is for the shaping of meat for hamburgers. Yet, when I first viewed it, I wanted to make sure to get it! In our family, at an early age, we are taught to cook and bake. Some of our favorites are pineapple, pumpkin and apple turnovers. Through the years, I've tried a few different methods and gadgets, some too small and some, that hand shaping was the easier than trying to use an inadequate gadget. This press has worked out great! As long as not too much filling is added, the turnover turned out great! And it so much quicker! My daughter really likes too!
As for making hamburger, turkeyburger and chicken patties, out of ground chicken, I won't be reverting to the previous preparation, as this also has worked out precisely as I expected! When I use my hands to shape burger patties, the heat from my skin can make the meat mushy. Additionally, handling the meat too much can reduce its quality. This burger press minimizes the need for hand contact, allowing me to create round patties without compromising their texture.
This food grade ABS (thermoplastic material) and BPA-Free hamburger press has enriched my method of baking and preparation of selected meals, and for such an inexpensive tool, I am delighted to say for I truly recommend it!

Sandwich maker better for large slices
I use Sara Lee bread and the sandwich maker was a little bigger than the bread so some of the crust stayed on. It did seal the bread well though.I’ll have a chance to use the burger press in a few weeks but the plastic pieces are sturdy enough that I don’t doubt it’ll work fine.Everything was easy to hand wash.

At first, I was confused about this. The. I reread the instructions and looked it up on the website. This has attachments for stuffed burgers, stuffed sandwiches, and Mimi burgers. It stores into a small bundle. Easy to use, and easy to clean. I have everything red in my kitchen, so this matches my decor. If you’re going to use this for a stuffed sandwich, I suggest that you use a bigger slice of bread. But it will work with a smaller slice. You just might end up having a corner cut off. I like that this comes with a package of liner papers. When they run out, I’m just going to use waxed paper. This gets my two thumbs up. I was going to get a basic hamburger press, then I saw this and had to get it. I’m sure glad that I did. Have fun creating your own combinations.
