I have several green pen lasers, but this one is my favorite because of the On/Off mechanism. There is a large push button switch on the end of the laser that turns the laser on and off. The button does not have to be held, so the laser stays on until the button is again pushed. I also like the fact that this laser has a large removable battery and battery charger case. The battery is rechargeable and the same size as what I have in a flashlight, so it is a standard battery. The charging case shows red lighting during the charge, but turns to green once the battery is charged.This laser also has a nice storage box with a magnetic seal. The laser comes with 5 different endcaps that can be screwed in to get different patterns. Not a feature I am likely to use, but some will like it. My photos show a couple.The laser is larger than my other pen lasers, so it is much easier to grip. It feels very comfortable in the hand. It has a nice metallic case that seems very durable.I liked this laser so much that I purchased a second one!

I purchased this for Stat gazing. I charged it until the lights on the charger turned green. NOTE
Battery goes in opposite of most devices. Positive button on battery points to push button on bottom of device. I turned it on and from 7 feet away it had a 1 foot circle with no accessories attached. I was going to return it but noticed an adjustment slot thru the top of the laser. I inserted a flat screwdriver and adjusted the focus lens. Now it has a about a 1/2 inch dot at 20 feet. It was just mis adjusted from the factory. ( Simple fix ) If you need to do this after you make the adjustment apply loctite to the threads so it doesn't loosen up with use. I would have rated it a 5 if it wasn't for that. Very good quality.

Big bright, ok built laser. Two peeves from me and the reasons im sending it back, Im pretty anal about things and it wont focus to a small beam and also the beam leaves the laser at an angle. Stick with the smaller usb on the back lasers and all good. I love lasers and the smaller ones are nice for me, no way to focus the laser and the divergence is small. Pretty sure the smaller ones have ir filters too.

I had a Green laser that cost a lot more than this, but stopped working, not sure what happened to it, got this to replace that one, use it mainly for astronomy, not going to return but do not recommend if you are going to use it for astronomy, the attachments are meh!
