Definitely does not work for a regular-sized men's ring. It is way too small and takes a lot of force to bend. The plastic swirly things were useless for my size ring. I know it says women's but it also says the larger metal will fit a men's ring. These are cheap, and will leave a color on your finger (metal ones).
