Put on the product

Put on the product on your shoulders. Adjust the shoulder brace if it is twisted. Make sure the end of shoulder strap is sticked at the edge of the main strap.

Pull main straps forward and down

Angle the main straps downward at a 45-degree angle towards the upper abdomen and secure them snugly in place, being careful not to over-tighten.

Adjusting the shoulder straps

Draw the adjustable shoulder straps forward, then fine-tune the tension to a comfortable and appropriate level.

Making adjustments

Extend the shoulder brace to encompass the shoulders for a more evenly distributed pressure. Experiment with gently lowering the entire corrector to enhance the effectiveness of the correction.

    I am ELATED. this is soft and the shoulder straps are contoured. this is the mosst comfortable posture corrector brace i have tried. I ordered 5 of them. This is the winner. I am 4'10.5" and 79 pounds. This is EASY to wear and reall gives the support my 'C' curve needs.I highly recommend. also, I applaud companies who make this in it's own small size category. I have found that Small/Med do not fit as well. Hope you find it as wonderful as I am. I just received it and am writing instantly.

By the end of the day, I feel like I'm hunched over. Wearing this, prevents that. The back of it has mesh so my back doesn't sweat and it's padded, almost quilted, so it's really well made. The front has 3 Velcro pieces. One to strap the corrector under your breasts and secure it to your body and two others, one on each side by your ribs to tighten/loosen the shoulder straps. It's easy to use. Put the shoulder straps on, Velcro the strap under your breasts, then gently pull the two Velcro straps by your ribs and secure them to your comfort and desired posture position. I don't see it in the mirror when I'm wearing it under my clothes and no one has commented about being able to see it but people have commented that I look taller. I bought a second for my sister who's birthday is next week. I think she'll like it as much as I do.

     This posture corrector is very well-made. It’s soft and has multiple adjustment straps. These straps allow you to adjust the arch of the shoulders and also decide how tight/secure you’d like the fit to feel. It’s got a breathable back panel as well.      The posture corrector is made very well, the material is soft and well layered. The additional straps on the sides allow for perfect fit for the shoulders. The instructions are easy to follow, this is so simple but yet so effective. I always hunch my back whether be on sofa or walking, the straps don't pull but it's tense enough to remind you to straighten up. I have only 2 negatives, the sizing its very very generous I feel like size M for a size 12-14 it's too big. I advise size down. Also the smell it's quite strong when first opened, wold advise to leave it out for few hours as its quite overpowering if you have strong sense of smell. But these 2 negatives does not take away from the effectiveness of the posture corrector
