Step 1, Put on the product

1. Make sure the end of shoulder strap is sticked at the edge of the main strap. Put on the product on your shoulders. Adjust the shoulder brace if it is twisted. （Wear a well-fitting top or vest under the brace, this may help prevent skin irritation）

STEP 2: Pull main straps forward and down

2. Pull main straps 45°down to upper abdomen. Attach them to the sung fit. (Don't pull too tight)

Step 3: Pull shoulder straps

3. Pull the adjustable shoulder straps towards the front of the body. Adjust to the suitable tightness while attaching the strap handles to the main strap surface.

STEP 4: Adjustment

4. Outspread the shoulder brace, covering the shoulders to make the pressure more even. You can try pulling down the whole corrector a little bit to make the correction strength more obvious.

    A lot of attention has been expended to make this. I received it on time as promised. I wore it this morning over a sweater. It’s very well made with a great deal of attention paid to detail.
    I hope people don’t believe the negative remarks which may be from competitors. I’m wearing this as I write this review. It’s comfortable and it’s keeping my back straight as a stick. I won’t take it off until I’m ready to go to bed.

    If you slouch like I do, then this is a must buy! I just received it, however I'm already impressed with the functionality and its effectiveness. I love how its adjustable to how much correction you need. Its not covering your lower back and stomach at all. So the comfort level is much better then a lower back wrap. I have yet to slouch and I'm LOVING it! Im wearing it over a shirt and under a sweater. It does not change the look of your clothes however your posture will definitely move your chest up and out. Which would be normal if my posture was correct. My body has not reverted back to its comfortable slouch so there is a little pain instead of pain relief, as I'm sure my back muscles are working harder. There is a little pressure on the front of the shoulders that not unwelcome as its needed. I do feel pressure when breathing around my chest since its strapped but that will just get some getting use to. Im going to order another one for my mom. I also like that it came new and in the box sealed with a sticker. Which is very important to me since a lot of my Amazon orders seem to be returns and not functioning. Im very happy with this purchase and it has solved a problem.

    3. COMFORT / MOBILITY: This corrector won’t work as well over clothing. It is best against skin. Can be worn discretely under short sleeved clothing but not with tank tops. The shoulders are wide and the back covers a significant area. I don’t feel restricted as I did with other products I tried. I can reach up high and in front without the corrector contorting my posture. I have some side bulge due to the tightness of the corrector, but nothing that a loose shirt can’t conceal.

    I like this corrector very much. It is constructed with more stretch and keeps me mindful of my posture. It doesn’t ride up and it provides nice support while sitting, so much so my sacrum joint issue has lessened. I highly recommend this posture corrector and will purchase another.

    This works exactly as I need it to, it pulls the shoulders back and corrects my posture immediately, without having to think about it. It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t hurt my underarms at all. I wear it over a t-shirt. The only negative is the fit. I was right in the middle of sizes, I could have went with either size. Based on the size chart it says go UP if in between. I think if you are on the line, go down. I have to adjust the straps almost to the end of where to stick the Velcro straps. I wish I could pull the straps a little tighter but there’s not enough area left for the Velcro to stick to. Had I went with the smaller size I think it would fit a bit better/tighter around the shoulders. However, I’m still happy with my purchase enough to keep it! lol, maybe in the future I’ll order the smaller size but for now it works and is comfortable so I am happy! For reference I am 5’7”, 160lbs female.

    So I settled on this product after comparing several of these posture supports. I chose this one because I'm unfortunately a bit overweight at the moment and I usually wear a size XL for most things, and this one seemed like it would fit the best. At first upon opening the package I wasn't sure about the quality, but when I put it on I realized it's actually well made (the foam that makes the shoulder straps looked off to me at first, but that's because I don't have any clothes with foam I guess lol). I have ankylosing spondylitis and a lot of back pain, I also have a lot of issues in my shoulders from that and because I was a hairdresser for several years. As soon as I put it on I felt some relief from my stubborn shoulder pain, after wearing it for a bit it was much better overall. I have some sensory issues and I will have to adjust to the feeling of the shoulder straps, but I think that will be better as I continue to lose weight and get used to wearing the support. It's not uncomfortable, just different for me. The padding is actually really good for that.

    Overall the product is well made and seems like it will last a long time. The shoulder straps are wide and padded, so they're soft, and comfortable even though I have sensory issues. It has helped to relieve my pain, and is comfy enough to wear with lounge wear. I would recommend this product wholehearted for anyone who has problems with posture and back/shoulder pain.

    I dont often write reviews but I’ve found this item to be exceptional so I felt compelled to comment. I get back pain in the middle of my back between my shoulders. Bad posture probably from being in front of a pc all day. This device holds back my shoulders and corrects my posture. I’ve worn it for 2 days and have not had any back pain at all. It’s soft and comfortable. I wear it over my clothes. I’m hoping when I’m not wearing it I will be able to maintain the correct posture. I’m very impressed.
