Looks good and works well
Used to replace a wood burning fireplace. Came well packaged and on time. Instructions included and explained proper depth for framing. Also they have online information. Hardware provided. Temp can be C or F and goes to 90° F. Runs with fire and heat or one or the other if you choose. Very quiet though you can hear slight fan sound. Heats well in a 10 x 10 area but takes a while. Probably wouldn't warm a bigger space. Looks amazing! Flames are similar to a modern gas fireplace. 7 color options for flame bed. 8th color option rotates colors of spectrum with the ability to "freeze" on your favorite. It will save that choice as well. Has high low brightness option for flame bed. Very nice looking and practical. We love it. I highly recommend this!

We have an electric fireplace in RV that works so well we don't even have to turn our regular heat on when it is in the 40's. This one would never e able to do that.
However, I mostly purchased this for the size and look more so.
I've finally added some photos for you. So far after almost 2 years, it is still working great!

this fireplace is just gorgeous! We just did a remodel and have TV on top with tile surround all of it. Looks just great! It works well visually but the heat it puts out is def lacking so that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. We live in FL so its not a huge deal. But was hoping to help supplement those few cold days we have here with this plus having it look awesome. Don't count on this for heat!Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2017

I bought this fireplace from Amazon for our new construction in 2018. It is now April 2021 and still works great. Beautiful and produces heat, when needed. I did add the Dimplex driftwood to accessorize it further. Driftwood sold separately.
Update December 2022: I’m sitting by this fireplace, and it’s still just as beautiful as the day we bought it. I get compliments on it all the time. The added driftwood also made it even more realistic.
