I like Chinese DVD players because they aren't region locked or proprietary. You'd think this wouldn't be an issue but it can be and it's been a problem for me in the past. They will play any DVD you put on, even if it's your own. This thing just works and the video quality is great (it kind of feels like it's upscaling the video).
The device is easy to use and a decent value for what you get, with very good picture quality. It's compact and can kind of hide away. It performs as you would expect, doesn't shutter and seems responsive. The output sound and video quality are more than fine for me. And the remote is pretty standard. Don't know what else to say, if you need a modern DVD player, this one is a good choice.
