I had originally thought there weren't any hooks with my order, as all I found in my package was the folded up organizer. I started to toss the plastic bubble wrap and the package of hooks fell out-the hooks had been caught up in the bubble wrap. The organizer and hooks were not put in one package together, just tossed into the box separately. The organizer isn't super fancy but it does a good job at keeping the necklaces separated.
