I got this because it said full silicone, before it was brought to their attention ( and was promptly corrected on here), in hopes it'd be like her friends doll that she wanted so badly lol. But it is vinyl, Its cute and real looking, but it's fairly light and doesn't have the weight to feel real, however, my daughter likes it and its still a good value for your money, if you aren't looking for a weighted baby. Plus this company has outstanding customer service so 4 stars.

    This baby girl doll is totally lifelike and absolutely adorable. I have been shopping for a doll baby like this for some time now for my God Daughters birthday. This doll has a soft filled body with soft (squishy like) vinyl arms, face and legs. Some dolls are over stuffed or not stuffed enough but this one was perfect and flexible enough to pose. The weight was just right and the details were above average. Her face is adorable and looks so much like a real baby. I took a picture of the doll and my phone even thinks it's real as it keeps asking me to add a contact to the face. Her eyes are so life like, I sometimes thought the doll was actually looking at me. It was actually kinda hard having to give her up. I do think the hair could be better but not a big deal since all the other features were over the top.

     This doll looks nothing like the one in the original description. I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. Needless to say, she was very disappointed, we are sending it back. We ordered her one last year for Christmas and she did look like the one in the description. She was very pretty. She was very pleased with that one. This year she wanted a boy and we got this. Not cute!
