If the headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB to answer/end calls on the headset; If the headset is connected to a computer, you need to answer calls on the computer. Reminder: MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines.

    Doesn't work well at all. Everyone complained they couldn't hear the distance to is very very short from the headset to the device and definitely not noise canceling at all not worth the money I got a few of the same time and unfortunately got sick and so I lost out on even being able to return any of them spent over $400 and got junk

    I really like the comfort and sound quality of this wireless headset. The charging stand is a good bonus too for easy charging. The only issue is that I have to reset the USB dongle to reset the microphone each time I use Zoom. This may be a Windows issue only.

    Update: After two months of struggling with the bluetooth pairing of the microphone (unplug, plug each use) the last two uses everyone on the other end says I am now garbled. I really do not have time for this during important meetings. Had to go back to my wired Plantronics headset instead.

    Update: After contacting customer support for this product they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and the issue was resolved. Great product support!

    I work from home doing cust srvcs. We use windows, teams, and cisco systems for our inbound. I bought this so I didn't have to be tethered to my desk and could grab some water or a bite to eat wothout having to ise my persinal time or miss a call. thought these would work really well, which it seems to have initially. However it seems these either time out or lose connection at some point... I don't get many calls, could be hours in between them, and I've had missed calls because for some reason my call won't connect; I'll hear or see the call come in, but can't hear the caller or its broken up... which when played back to me, the caller on the other end is just fine, so its whtever is goin on on my end (the heasdet) which is causing problems now putting me out of compliance and almost gotten me written up! I can someone hear my system sounds butndidnt hear the call... other times I can't hear anything after having heard some system noise or making a call 30min prior. I think there may be a timeout feature or this headset is messed up. Also, I can't mute without being on a call first. I'd like to be able to mute/unmute even if I'm not on a call. Works great if I use for my cell though. But that's not what I got this for, so I'm going to return it.
