small, slient, but lack of USB-C support
it is the first time i use a laptop cooling pad. my laptop is a XPS13 ultrabook. size is my top concern. this Klim unit is the smallest one I am able to find in the market. I didn't try to measure its efficiency as any level of reduction in heat is ok to me. noisy level is unnoticeable in day time.i am giving it a 4-star but indeed i think it deserves a 5-star if just comparing to similar products in the market. (by specification, as i never use any other) the thing i don't like is it needs an adapter for USB-C only laptop (i believe the majority of modern laptop), and it doesn't provide any solution to hold an adapter. (such as more space to allow an adapter to be attached to the cable in storage).

It also comes with a USB port extension. This cooling pad is powered through your USB port and may notebooks only have one; so this extension allows you to use the USB port for other things while the cooling pad is plugged in. (See pic number 2 above.)
This is a great purchase.
