I got this pocket ditty bag from the Vera Bradley retail store. I really like the Felicity Paisley pattern the best, among the 3 patterns available. This bag is a great size for facial products, small toiletry items, and bottle with liquid that need to stand upright. I was using a Vera Bradley Ditty bag for travel, but it is too tall for some of the products, and they don't always stay standing up because the extra material would lean in and pushes the bottles over. This pocket ditty bag is perfect that I can leave the bottles in this bag during my entire hotel stay. The interior has a waterproof lining. The interior zip pocket, and exterior pockets are not lined with the waterproof lining. It would have been nice if they were. The ties at the top will bunch the bag up, and it will take getting used to. It would have been nice if there was a snap, or 2 loops to thread the strings through to tie them into a bow in the center to close the bag up. The strings can be used as a handle to carry the bag around, but I don't recommend it because it might not hold the weight once the bag is filled. It would have been nice if there were handles built in the front and back. The material is cloth and the interior pattern is very pretty. I would have like it better if the material was like a lighten up or the VB recycled material but thinner, so that it would be waterproof on the outside as well. I can't wait to use it on my next vacation!!

I found a similar product at the VB outlet and really liked the size and when I found out that the retail has this product I had to buy it and try it. I also want to get the Rose Toile print. The outlet version doesn't have the outsize pockets or the interior zippered pocket, but they are basically the same size. I love the Rose Toile print and isn't crazy about the interior print but because of the thick wipeable lining you don't see it as much which I like. I'm overall very happy with the product and can't wait to use it.

I am a huge fan of Vera Bradley and this bag did not disappoint. I am disabled an mostly bedridden so I need a bag to hold my essentials that will sit on my bed table. I was using one of my purses and it mostly did the job but this is perfect. It sta ds up straight and will hold everything I need, phone, mp3, hairbrush, etc. The pockets on the outside hold things I use frequently and I put larger items inside.
