Does the adapter have to fit a specific direction or is it irrelevant?

The adapter has to fit a specific direction, only one direction to tight up which is a one-way valve. Easy to use even without a marked In/Out.

Why the piezo igniter didn't work after uses？

First, the pulse igniter does not have a battery. Second, the inductive electrode distance is improper or contaminated. Third, high pressure causes or gas orifice pipe blockage. We will provide you with a satisfactory consequence.

Why use gas canister vertically （in a right way) ?

The camp stoves use the gas to burn but not liquid. If you placed the canister horizontally, the liquefied gas will not have space to turn into gas which resulting in incomplete combustion, such as it spits orange flames.

Can I return or replacement if the item has any problem？

The main O ring has a crack in it so it leaks
It’s hard to see but the O ring has a small split in it so I can smell and hear a very small leak. I tried to do a return for a replacement but it’s not as easy as other items. So take a gamble if you want to order this. I probably could fix it but I just took this thing out of the box and already have an issue.Update 10-18-21 I just took the two screws out and replaced the O ring. I used a little Vaseline to lube the O ring and now it doesn’t leak. I have an O ring kit luckily but I think the O rings the manufacturer uses are dry.

It cools down quickly and packs away very easily into a tight little cube. It comes with adapters for three different fuel sources. Perfect for the beach, the woods, the mountains, the road.... It goes pretty much everywhere with me. ZERO complaints - lots of use!

I bought this for emergency preparedness. When I received it, I just put it down stairs with all the propane canisters I have. If I have to use it, I’ll update this review. But it was packaged fine and when I inspected it - looked well made.

I do a lot of weekend trips and this stove works great. You can get fuel for it just about anywhear, or change over to one of the other ways for fuel with the added adapters that comes with it. Very stable and feels well built. packs great. Not the lightest but not to heavy. I'm happy with it for the money.

Bought these igniters to replace a defective one that came with a cheap propane backpacking stove. It was almost an exact replacement except for the need to trim the electrode to length. So much for the good.
These igniters produce an almost discernible spark. Had to turn out the lights to see it and adjust the electrode to almost touch the grounding plate. Would not ignite the stove regardless of gas flow. Piece of junk. I will just throw them away (igniters and stove) and buy a better one, like a SOTO, as I should have done in the first place.

The Piezo lighters seem to be well made and work well (good spark) but do not fit my Primos Lite backpack stove. My fault, not the fault of the seller. I didn't research it well it enough prior to ordering.
My only issue is there is no return policy again, my fault as the add does state this.

Make sure it will fit your needs prior to ordering. Otherwise you'll be out the money spent ordering.
