The buttons are super stiff and hard to use. I absolutely hate this remote but it gets the job done

Update to add it’s been like a year now and I cannot even begin to tell you how much I HATE this remote. It has to be the worst remote I’ve ever used. It barely works the button are so hard to push. Sometimes to even get it to work I have to bang it on the cup holder of the couch so it MIGHT work. 10/10 don’t recommend if you don’t have a lot of patience. If you choose this remote out of all the other options then I wish you nothing but luck.

It worked without having to do anything just point at the tv and go. I ended up buying the more expensive one because the volume down button is horrible on this one ! It's just a minus symbol that's right above a button that kicks me out of the show I'm watching. My husband and I get so frustrated with it . The remote that cost a little more is much better to deal with . I give it a 4 star because it does what it says .

Buttons are very stiff. Navigation arrow buttons are intermittent and sometimes do not work at all. Quality is dismal. This remote is essentially useless and most frustrating to make any use of. I suspect many if not all are like this. It is evident the button switches are of the worst quality. My recommendation: avoid this one.
