This is my 3rd pair of these. I gave my 1st and 2nd pairs to my adult children. After buying so many different pairs over the years, 2 years ago I bought my 1st set of these. Just wow. I am a huge fan of these and wont buy anything different. Always work, battery lasts, sound is incredible and they even look good. Bose nailed it with this combo. Is just that, although, I absolutely adore the color, quality, and fact that it was almost like new (it only had small scratches). It was the noise canceling that didn’t convince me to keep them, these were my first pair of headphones, I don’t like big sounds and wanted something that could help me focus, but I didn’t felt it worked as I wanted, I could even hear small noises, maybe it’s was a manufacturing issue or rather and post-refurbished or me with high expectations, But that was all my issues and the reasons why I purchased them Noise Cancelling.

I ordered this renewed qc 35 series 2 bose headphones for about 300$. What was sent to me was a repaired headset that did not have the original parts on the unit. For instance, the ear cups were either aftermarket, or those sold on the new qc45 model which do not create as good of a seal around the ears, resulting in under 1/2 the usual noise canceling capabilities of its former model. The upper headband fabric had also been replaced.

The headphones themselves were nice, but there was a pinging sound in the right ear when playing over 60% volume which is outrageously annoying. I eneded up sending my order back because screw paying 300$ for "renewed" junk? Some renewed items are amazing quality and alot of the time the deals are a score. This however was not the case.

I already had a pair of regular noise canceling headphones that I ordered 3 years ago. Those are great and my child has over taken those so, I decided I wanted a pair of wireless and that is what I purchased. I have the regular headphones because the earbuds hurt my ears. I have used the wireless a few times already and have not had to charge them yet. I use them when I run bleachers and jog. They are very easy to connect with my phone. I hope these last me as long as my other pair have. They are the best!!!!

I love this product! I was hesitant about buying a remanufactured product but took the risk and wow am I happy! I have had them for a few years now. They came in New condition and with a cable to connect from the headphones to the airplane and a charging cable. They charge up quite quickly and they hold their charge. I went on an RTW trip which included 22 flights in 4 months. I bought the compact case to protect my investment and I am extremely happy with how compact they are. I went to London last year and they worked great and I am going again next month and taking 8 flights. They are a life savor for me. I have traveled years without noise canceling headphones and wondered why I feel so light headed and groggy, etc. Now when I get off the plane I feel energized. I would recommend these.

This is an extremely high-quality product. The sound is amazing, and I have an equalizer on my phone that allows me to adjust for speaking or music. The noise cancellation works well, and it has two settings in addition to off. These pair to two different devices at the same time, so I can pay attention to what's happening on my phone and my computer. I used the headphones to find my phone when I lose it; I tell Google to set my alarm for 1 minute. The battery life is long. I charge the phones when I'm sleeping, and I keep them going most of the time when I'm awake. I've never had to charge them in the middle of the day. The fit is just a little too big for me, but not really a problem. They're soft and comfortable, and they even keep my ears warm while I'm walking.
