Broken and non-returnable
One clasp was already off. The other one came off as soon as I touched it. The box looks nice but I have to figure out how to keep it closed!Update: After going in circles through Amazon’s contact/return screens, I was finally able to contact the company who gave me a full refund and let me keep the box since they really can’t sell it with my granddaughter’s not-so-common name on it. So good news in that respect. But too late to replace for Christmas.
