Install A New Battery:

1. You need to turn off your laptop and disconnect the power.

2. Remove the old battery, carefully install the new battery on the battery case, and connect the wiring of the new battery.

Laptop Maintenance Tips:

1. New battery: For use a new battery, you’d better try a few cycles of discharging to 5%. then charging up to 95%. So that it can be activated completely

3. Charging sequence: when charging, first install the battery, then turn on the power, when fully charged, first cut off the power, then pull the power plug.

Can't say what the maximum hours that it will last but maybe I can update this review later. I gave it a 5 on life because I know I used it a couple of hours and it was still going.

I've had it only for 2 weeks but so far it works as avertised. It fits the HP g6 Pavilion laptop with no problem and accepts a charge well. So far I have gotten 2.75 hrs out of a charge.

This battery had a longevity of 6 months where it dies at 45 minutes. At 10 minutes left it shuts down. Hard to snap into laptop.
