I unplugged it and remove the device from my pc (meaning physically and in the device list on my pc) and replugged it and the fifth time now still says driver error. We’ll I guess that’s not plug n play now is it? Am I doing it wrong ??

    Let me start off by saying this product is amazing, at first I was getting so much lag but it was because of the USB port I was using, after switching ports it’s perfect, super low latency and even works fine while I’m competitive gaming, I love this adapter and for how cheap it is it works wonders if you’re in the market for a Bluetooth adapter for your computer I highly recommend this especially on price to performance.

    I was expecting a stronger connection and better sound quality with this compared with the $3 BT 4.0 dongle I bought off ebay.

    To my dismay, this item 2x the cost is not worth the money. It would often drop the music on Spotify and gaming into garbled sound. The range itself is worse than my old dongle and would top out around 15ft on a clear line of sight connection from my earbuds to my PC.

    Note: earbuds in use are Google Pixel Buds Pro and Koss KSC-35's with Windows 10
