I purchased this headset as a replace for a pair that I had broken due to leaving on them on the floor and inevitably stepping on and rolling over them with my chair. If you are not a fan of wireless headsets (I can't fit most due to small earlobes) these are a great alternative. They are extremely easy to use - from jack to earpiece, the cord is almost 4ft long and at the same time it is flexible and thin enough you can fold the unused portion so that it doesn't get in the way. When completely folded iup, it can fit into the smallest of wallets for easy travel. And, as far as sound quality goes, I can hear all conversations clearly and haven't received complaints from others about them not being able to hear me.

In addition, with it's 3.5mm jack,one added bonus of this headset is that it can also double as a headset for your IPOD/iPhone etc.

All-in-all, I highly recommend this product as a great value purchase.

Thought by buying a wired version, instead of wireless I would get better quality calls. Apparently I was wrong. Although I can hear callers good, everyone keeps saying they can't hear me. So I went back to my bluetooth.

I purchased 3 of these. One then two more later. Initially, I thought they looked pretty good and were good quality. Especially for the price.
However, they ALL have fallen apart in some way or another. I use a bug for my phone daily and these units seem to not hold up at all. Mostly, the ear pieces fall apart and the speaker quit working. Like I said, they look ok at first but don't hold up to any real use. I would not recommend them to anyone who counts on the ability to be hands free. By the way, it is very rare when I give negative feedback.

I bought this because of its price and it worked great initially but its gone bad in 3 months. Lot of echo sounds.
I guess, you get what you pay for. Seller declined to replace it since it was passed the warranty period.
I would have been happy if this lasted a year but i guess, i am asking too much :)
