BIG PROBLEM

I decided to return this because it just didn't seem to be accurate and would sometimes not even record sleep. After I began the return process I continued to wear it to get an idea of my steps at least until I could come up with a replacement tracker. Then one night it started to vibrate non-stop. I don't know what happened but I was afraid the battery might explode because I had taken it off the charger less than an hour before this. I put in a plastic bag and set it outside for fear of what might happen. I guess it vibrated until the battery died. Thank heaven no further problem. I completed the return the next business day.

This thing almost works great but it never quite gets there. Doesn't come with any instructions (unless you have super-vision and can read the 1pt font). Counts steps accurately sometimes. The rest of the time it seems to count in multiples of 100. But hey, who doesn't love
walking to get the mail and hitting the step goal for the week. Battery life is crap - it has to be recharged every day. To recharge it, it has to be popped out of the band in order to be plugged in. Band is cheap plastic with a snap closure that won't last a month. All in all, I'd say I got what I paid for and not a bit more.

I am actually surprised that the heart rate shown goes up a bit when exercising, up to 80. But it's nowhere near real, as my actual heart rate was 120, checked with a stopwatch. Similarly (or worse) the blood pressure function just displays healthy-looking numbers, and I can't see how something worn on the wrist like a watch could phsically obtain blood pressure.

As a pedometer, maybe it's OK... the numbers went up the longer I walked, and seemed sortof right. Blood oxygen I don't know... I can't check it.

But since I got this to check my heart rate, it's totally worthless to me.
