FAQs:

Q1: The fitness tracker won't turn on?

If your fitness tracker is not turning on, try pressing and holding the touch button (white rectangle below the screen) for 5 seconds. If it still doesn't power on, it might be out of battery, so please charge it to activate.

Q2: Wondering how to charge your activity tracker?

Check the image guide on this page or follow the user manual in the packaging. The strap detaches on both sides, but charging is only on one side with a metal contact. When you start charging, the watch vibrates, and a charging icon shows up. If not, flip the watch to another face and reinsert.

Q3: How to set the date and time?

Paired with the app, the fitness tracker syncs time and date with your phone automatically. If a "time" error occurs after low battery, reconnect it after charging to sync to the correct time.

Q4: The notification function does not work?

If notifications aren't working, follow the app's guidance during the initial connection to grant necessary permissions for your phone apps. Ensure the app stays active in the background when the screen is off. If issues persist, message us with your Amazon order number.

Q5: About step count accuracy.

For accurate data, wear the watch close to your skin, and maintain a distance of one finger width between the strap and your wrist.

Fitness trackers have embedded 3D sensors, and the error is about 2%, which is a normal deviation. Any type of fitness tracker counts steps by moving your hands while walking, and it takes some time for the step data to sync up after you've been walking for a while. If you take less than 20 steps in a period, the step counter will not count.

Kind Tips:

1: Only compatible with smartphones, not iPad, PC or tablet.

2: Bluetooth range: 10m (32.8 ft). If disconnected, unbind and rebind in the app to restore the connection without impacting data usage.

3: The activity tracker is IP68 waterproof for daily needs, but avoid prolonged water exposure, hot baths, or saunas.

4. To ensure the accuracy of sleep data, the tracker will only start recording sleep data after 2 hours of falling asleep.

Note: Many users report charging issues, often due to inserting the charger incorrectly. A successful charge triggers a vibration and displays a charging icon on the screen.

APP Pairing:

1. Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone.

2. Open th APP. Go to the "Device" page and tap "Add Device".

3. Select the device in the app searching list.

4. Pairing has completed successfully when the app displays "Paired successfully".

When pairing, please ensure the tracker and your smartphone is within 0.5 meters distance. If the connection is unsuccessful, please update the application through Google Play or Appstore.

The fitness tracker can only pair with one phone at a time.

To use a different phone with the tracker, first reset the tracker to factory settings (To reset from the tracker: “More” → “Reset”), it erases all apps, settings, and data on the tracker. After the tracker reset is complete, then it can be pair with another phone.

    Update: I've had the watch for four months now. This thing can take a beating. I worked outside all summer and it never gave me any issues. I dropped it in a creek and it wasn't phased a bit. The pedometer still doesn't always count all my steps. If I'm walking, my arm has to kind of swing a bit. I've dropped it and banged it against things. Nothing has broken it yet. I'm still annoyed with the band. For reference, my wrist is six inches in diameter. It's a bit big, but not so much that it bothers me. My husband has the same watch. His pedometer is almost always accurate, so it may just be mine that's the problem. It's definitely worth the money I spent on it.This is a pretty good fitness tracker. I'd give it five stars if the band wasn't so uncomfortable. I've searched for other bands, but I can't find any that are compatible. I don't think the pedometer is always accurate. If you're searching for something cheaper than a fitbit, this will suffice.
