My son loves his camera. He is 9 years old. It’s a great high quality starter camera for a kid. It provides features of an adult camera, but is small enough to fit in a kid’s pocket and comes with a handy lanyard for field trips and over night excursions. It has an anti-shake feature to ensure that my amateur photographer has a higher probability to take the best resolution pictures. The camera offers auto focus, maximum zoom capabilities, and video recording!!! My son is recording his first vlog series and it’s great! The camera has become a tool for learning and exploration. This is a very versatile little camera.

This is now my 4th kids camera. We'll see how long this one lasts. First I'd like to say I got a card to write a 5 star review saying they'd pay me 50 dollars. Do I think this is worth 5 stars, absolutely not. Is it good for kids, yes, sort of.
Let's start with image quality, it's decent, if you can hold the camera still. Any sort of movement causes it all to blur. The shutter button takes about 1.5 seconds to actually take the picture. The zoom is absolutely useless as it gets grainy very quickly, even with the supposed optical zoom. Video quality is surprisingly pretty decent although sound is a little muffled.
Let's talk about the navigation/menu system. It's atrocious. The buttons are shiny chrome with just imprints of some sort of image and they're almost impossible to see what is on them. So, till you learn what the buttons do you are completely lost in how to navigate this device. Honestly, this is by far the biggest downfall.
Build quality is decent and seems pretty durable. Only time will tell.
It did come with 2 batteries and a strap which I liked.
I attached 2 pictures, one that I took of a keyboard and I was holding it steady. Another that my 7 year old daughter took of a pot and you can see it's blurry because kids aren't very good at not shaking their hands when taking pictures.
My point of this review is that I would NOT believe all the raving 5 star reviews. Is it a pretty good kids camera, yes, honestly one of the better ones but it is far from 5 stars.
