Installed the bottom on backwards due to not reading the instructions. So be sure to do so!

Now, the case it self is plastic. So I can't see it withstanding a heavy drop. (Not the reason I bought this)

I wanted to keep the laptop clean, and somewhat protected while traveling and moving from room-to-room.

The keyboard protector takes a bit to get used to but I do enjoy the illustration. Adds some pop.

Have not put on the track pad protector yet, however if it turns out to not be good. I'll update the post. Otherwise assume it is fine.

The top has a very pretty design: it is also the only piece that fits! The top of this case snaps onto the MacBook Pro like it is supposed to. This case has a very pretty design and has installation instructions included with product. As I said, the top fits perfectly! The bottom, however, is a whole other story… it doesn’t fit at all, and doesn’t even attach to the laptop! It’s entirely the wrong size and is too big. This is the second hard cover case I’ve purchased for my model of MacBook Pro. The first one was I bought had a similar problem, but the bottom fit perfectly and the top was too big! So, I bought this one which is even a different company from the first one I bought, but neither one has a complete case that fit the way it is supposed to. I had to have a case, so I just used the top of this one and the bottom of the other. After speaking with Amazon and explaining the situation, thankfully I was able to send the parts of both products that were not the right size back to them for refund. I hope that this was a fluke, but since both cases were from different companies, I was not willing nor had the time to order another case for even a third company and chance the same problem!
