Shoes are well made and very attractive. However, I did the trial of try before I buy. Shoes arrived under an hour ago. I checked them on break. They have several wear and tear marks and even a spot of something. They are still in pretty good condition to be purchased but should not be advertised as new. They are most definitely used. Unfortunately I’m not keeping them and I should hope they don’t give me a hard time as I was not responsible for these marks. But very solid shoes.

I am a true size 5 with unfortunate bunions and these fit well and allow enough space in the toe area for my bunions. I’ve worn them in snow and rain and the color does not fade or stain despite getting wet. We went to a hockey game that was rather colder than our usual games and my feet stayed warm the entire time. I had so many compliments as most other women had on Ugg like boots or flats with furry lining. I was the odd one out with a cute heel and I was completely comfortable and felt a little more dressed up. These are amazing boots!

I am usually a size 6 but I buy these in a 6 1/2. I own the tan colored boots but am considering ordering them in black as a back up.

These are cute, but I agree with the previous reviews. This shoe is hard to get on and is tight around the mid-foot area. I usually wear a 6.5 and ordered a 7. I don't think it's about ordering a size up because it's not the length of the shoe that's the problem, it's the tightness around the mid-foot/arch where it doesn't have any give to slip your foot in or space for your natural arch. I'm going to research ways to break a leather shoe in before I decide to return them. I don't want to struggle putting them on/taking them off or to suffer tightness as I walk.
