I have been buying my granddaughter UGGs for the last five years. This year I bought the ultra mini. She has had them exactly one week, and the front toe on one boot is already unraveling with threads. These are $120 and they shouldn’t do this after a week. I know if I bought them from a large department store or from UGGs directly I could return them. I’m just not sure what to do since I bought them here. 🙁
