The power supply was pictured as having had a C8 non-polarized female power connector, which pairs with a C7 non-polarized cable. Well, they sent the C7 cable, but the power supply they sent requires a C14 cable. I just happened to have one. I'm writing the review as I could not find any other way to notify Amazon.
I bought this power supply to work with a Samsung LS20B350 monitor, which a neighbor gave me. It had not been used in 5 years, so he was sure if it still worked. Since he could not find the power supply I took a risk and bought this one. It works great!
UPDATE: A few days after I posted this review I got a message that a batch of these power supplies were received from the manufacturer with this problem. They gave me options to either return the item or to get a partial refund. They were more than fair! Thank you!
