item came in a box appears to be new have not taken out or used it yet nit installed. was a fast delivery and shipment. really was no communication so not a fair item but no reasons to think he would not communicate. I was a little confused on order nothing with seller I bought another one like it but NG from Amazon looked at the numbers it was off. Ebay was not showing the right price.
