Exactly as described. Be mindful that they send two packages for some orders, so if the first one isn't what is expected, the second package will contain it. In my case they included gloves to aid in clean installation and they arrived before the main package. Communications were very good.

Great Person To Buy From, Excellent Service, Fast Shipping. The First Canon MP530 Printhead was Defective Error Code U052. Seller replaced that printhead with another and included a nozzle check page in the box. That one was tested before it shipped and worked great with all nozzles clear. The communication was friendly, and the replies were fast. Thank You!

The description & shipping time estimate were accurate. Unfortunately, the printhead did not work when installed in my printer. I contacted roy2011_printer_parts about my issue and they were easy to work with to remediate the issue. They made suggestions to try (didn't fix the issue), and then offered a replacement part, however I was not willing to wait a few more weeks for shipping again, so they made a refund offer that was acceptable. I would definitely do business with them again.
