    Terrific phone

    This phone is a step up from my galaxy 7 and I love it! The larger phone is so much easier to handle. The camera takes very sharp brilliant pictures. The phone looks brand new. Extremely pleased with purchase.

    Connectivity issues

    The phone itself is amazing! But with a refurbished phone there is always one particular problem or another. With this phone the problem is the charging/data port. It loses connectivity randomly when connected to a computer and when charging. When it's attempting to charge it loses connectivity so much that it actually drains the battery. My solution to this was to just use a wireless charger. However, this shouldn't be a problem, hence the generous rating.

    Good phone, small issue with bottom speaker

    I love the phone and especially the coral blue color! It is fantastic and one of the best phones I've had! The one issue is with the bottom speaker. If you go past half volume, it starts to vibrate and make a static noise. I usually listen to my phone with Bluetooth speakers and headphones, so it doesn't bother me too much, but it keeps my review from being 5 stars.

    Pretty good phone

    I've only had this phone for one month or so. I wish Samsung would go back to more squarish sides as this design can fall out of your hands because of its shape. I had to buy a protector that allows a better grip.
