Seller is amazing - excellent communication and shipped fast !(unfortunately, usps stalled the package for FOURTEEN (14) days .. no Seller's fault, but i do have to give a low score for shipping time because of usps, sorry.) The pipe had a crack underneath the homemade collar, the seller forgot to include that detail in the description, but the pipe is still smokeable so I will not hold it against the seller...but advise buyers to ask questions first .. otherwise shipping was prompt good price on pipe over all ( minus the crack the pipe would have been perfect
