Seller posts a router as brand new. I received an open box, with a dusty item that is not what I ordered. I contacted the seller, who was quick to reply, claims, "The box I sent you was in plastic and sealed" and "It wasn’t a open box I don’t know what you are trying to do but that’s not what you were sold" - seller's own words copied and pasted from the two responses I received. It seems 3 others had similar issues. Trying to work it out with Ebay as I am "accused" of trying to pull something.

For some reason, the seller put the cost of shipping way too high as if it was supposed to be shipped next day delivery by FedEx. After I messaged him before I bought it to ship it by a standard ground USPS, he gave me a credit during the checkout. Otherwise, good communication, and was willing to do everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. The item was new & as described in the listing. I received it ahead of the estimated arrival date, installed it, and now have instant hot water.
